Sažetak
Uvod: Dobra telesna postura predstavlja položaj koji delovi tela međusobno zauzimaju sa ciljem održavanja stabilnosti i ravnoteže. Promene u telesnoj posturi česte su kod dece i adolescenata aktivno uključenih u sportske aktivnosti. Cilj: Proceniti posturalni status kod odbojkašica različitih starosnih kategorija i evaluirati prisutnost i učestalost posturalnih poremećaja kod njih. Materijal i metode: Prospektivna studija obuhvatila je 44 ispitanica, članova Odbojkaškog Kluba ,,Grbić”, uzrasta od 7 do 14 godina, koje su prethodno potpisale informisani pristanak za učešće. Studija je sprovedena od 29.11.2019. god. do 29.12.2019. god, uz prethodno obaveštenje ispitanika, roditelja/staratelja. Za istraživanje dobijene su saglasnosti Etičke komisije Odbojkaškog Kluba i Etičkog odbora Medicinskog fakulteta u Novom Sadu. Kriterijumi za neuključivanje u studiju su postojanje podataka o operativnom zahvatu u poslednjih 6 meseci i ispitanici koji nisu potpisali saglasnost za učešće u studiji. Stratifikacija uzorka izvršena je prema starosnoj kategoriji, vremenu treniranja odbojke (u mesecima), uzrastu pri dolasku na prvi trening, socio-demografskim parametrima, kao i posturalnom statusu, koji je dobijen korišćenjem metode za procenu telesnog držanja po Napoleonu Volanskom (Napoleon Wolanski). Rezultati: Stariji ispitanici (11 do 14 godina), koji se kraći vremenski period bave odbojkom (≤47 meseci) i koji su u starijem uzrastu (> 7 godina) započeli sa treninzima imaju lošiji posturalni status. Zaključak: Prevencija posturalnih deficita postiže se nadzorom i praćenjem telesnog držanja mladih sportista, kako bi se na vreme uočila odstupanja od normi fizičkog razvoja i preduzele korektivne mere i/ili terapijski postupci.

Abstract
Introduction: Good body posture represents the position that the parts of the body mutually occupy with the aim of maintaining stability and balance. Changes in body posture are common in children and adolescents who are actively involved in sports activities. Objective: To assess the postural status of female volleyball players of different age categories and to evaluate the prevalence and frequency of postural disorders in them. Material and methods: The prospective study included 44 respondents, members of the Grbić Volleyball Club, aged 7 to 14, who previously signed informed consent for participation. The study was conducted from November 29, 2019 to December 29, 2019, with prior notification of respondents, parents/guardians. The consent of the Ethics Committee of the Volleyball Club and the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad was obtained for the research. The criteria for not being included in the study are the existence of data on the operative procedure in the last 6 months and subjects who did not sign consent to participate in The stratification of the sample was carried out according to age category, time of volleyball training (in months), age when arriving at the first training session, socio-demographic parameters, as well as postural status, which was obtained using the method for assessing body posture according to Napoleon Wolanski. Results: Older respondents (11 to 14 years), who have been playing volleyball for a shorter period of time (≤47 months) and who started training at an older age (> 7 years) have a worse postural status. Conclusion: Prevention of postural deficits is achieved by monitoring and monitoring the physical posture of young athletes, in order to detect deviations from the norms of physical development in time and take corrective measures and/or therapeutic procedures.
