Sažetak

 

Uvod Chilaiditi-jev znak predstavlja pozicioniranje vijuga creva u prostoru između jetre i desne hemidijafragme, uz odsustvo simptoma. Chilaiditi-jev sindrom je benigno stanje u sklopu kojeg se javljaju različiti gastrointestinalni simptomi, uz prisutan Chilaiditi-jev znak. Prema dostupnim literaturnim podacima radi se o retkom sindromu koji se u populaciji javlja u svim starosnim grupama, sa većom frekvencijom kod muškaraca. Prikaz slučaja 
Prikazan je slučaj pacijentkinje kod koje je dijagnoza Chilaiditi-jevog sindroma postavljena u toku hospitalnog lečenja, u sklopu diferencijalno-dijagnostičkog postupka povodom suspektnog plućnog apscesa / desnostranog parcijalnog pneumotoraksa / plućne tromboembolije. Chilaiditi-jev znak potvrđen je kompjuterizovanom tomografijom grudnog koša načinjenim u sklopu hitnog dijagnostičkog postupka. Zaključak Svrha ovog prikaza slučaja je podsećanje kliničara na mogućnost postojanja tog retkog sindroma, koje može rezultirati pogrešnim tumačenjem simptoma i znakova, dijagnostičkim postupkom neadekvatnog reda hitnosti, neadekvatnim lečenjem i različitim komplikacijama.

Abstract

 

Introduction Chilaiditi's sign represents the bowel interpositioning between the liver and the right hemidiaphragm, in the absence of symptoms. Chilaiditi's syndrome is a benign condition in which various gastrointestinal symptoms occur, with Chilaiditi's sign present. According to literature, it is a rare syndrome that occurs in all age groups, with higher frequency in men. Case report This is the case of a female patient who has diagnosed with Chilaiditi's syndrome during inpatient treatment as part of a differential diagnostic procedure for suspected pulmonary abscess, right-sided partial pneumothorax or pulmonary thromboembolism. Chilaiditi's sign was confirmed by computerized tomography of the chest as part of an emergency diagnostic procedure. Conclusion Recognition of Chilaiditi syndrome is important as this rare entity can lead to misinterpretation of symptoms and signs, the diagnostic procedure of inadequate emergency and inadequate treatment.
