Abstract

Mycetoma as a pseudotumor infiltrate caused by fungi or some bacteria that are rarely seen in biopsy material. Here we show a case of a cat, which is also associated with a fungal infection of several members of the owner’s family. The owner's family has five members, of which four had dermatomycosis. Possible causative agents are Microsporum canis and Coccidioides spp.
