Sažetak

 

Uvod: Arterijska hipertenzija je hronično oboljenje kompleksne etiologije i veoma često je udružena sa gojaznošću. Cilj je bio da se ispita da li dijetoterapija tipa DASH dijete u kombinaciji sa antihipertenzivnom terapijom kod gojaznih osoba oboljelih od hipertenzije ima veći efekat na krvni pritisak u odnosu na izolovanu antihipertenzivnu terapiju.
Materijal i metode: Ispitivanje je sprovedeno kao prospektivna studija na uzorku 84 gojaznih osoba oboljelih od hipertenzije, oba pola, starosti 40-60 godina, podijeljeni u 2 grupe (prva grupa-grupa na dijetoterapiji i antihipertenzivnoj terapiji i druga grupa- kontrolna grupa na izolovanoj antihipertenzivnoj terapiji). Za provjeru statističke značajnosti korišćen je t-test.
Rezultati rada: Prosječno smanjenje indeksa tjelesne uhranjenosti od 5,6kg/m2 bilo je značajno (t=13,225; p<0,01), kao i smanjenje obima struka od 10,15cm (t=13,932; P<0,01) što je dovelo do značajnog smanjenja sistolnog krvnog pritiska od 14,19 mmHg (t=5,663; p<0,01) kod ispitanika na dijetoterapiji, dok kod ispitanika iz kontrolne grupe prosječno smanjenje sistolnog krvnog pritiska od 3,5 mmHg nije bilo statistički značajno (t=4,748; p>0,01). Prosječno smanjenje dijastolnog krvnog pritiska od 11,57mmHg kod ispitanika na dijetoterapiji bilo je statistički značajno (t=8,135;p<0,01), za razliku od prosječnog smanjenja dijastolnog krvnog pritiska od 1,57 mmHg kod kontrolne grupe(t=2,276; p>0,01).
Zaključak: Dijetoterapijom sa antihipertenzivnom terapijom postižu se znatno bolji rezultati kod smanjenja hipertenzije, nego sa izolovanom farmakološkom terapijom. Dijetoterapija djeluje sinergistički sa farmakoterapijom i daje dobre rezultate kod korekcije hipertenzije.

Abstract

 

Introduction: Arterial hypertension is a chronic disease of complex etiology and it is very often accompanied by obesity. The aim to research whether dietary therapy type DASH diet in conjunction with antihypertensive therapy in obese hypertensive people has a greater effect on blood pressure than isolated antihypertensive therapy.
Materials and methods: This research has been conducted as a prospective study on a sample of 84 obese hypertensive people, both sexes, aged 40-60, and divided into two groups (research group – on dietary therapy and antihypertensive therapy, and control group – on antihypertensive therapy, without dietary therapy). T-test was used for establishing statistical significance.
Results: Average reduction of body mass index from the 5,6 kg/m2 was significantly (t=13,225; p<0,01), and reduce waist circumference of 10,15cm (t=13,932; P<0,01), which led to a significant reduction systolic blood pressure of 14,19 mmHg (t=5,663; p<0,01) in subjects on diet therapy, and patients in the control group average reduction in systolic blood pressure of 3,5mmHg was not significant(t=4,748; p>0,01). Average reduction diastolic blood pressure of 11,57mmHg in subjects on a diet therapy was significant (t=8,135; p<0,01), as opposed to an average decrease in diastolic blood pressure of 1,57mmHg in the control group(t=2,276; p>0,01).
Conclusions: Dietary Therapy with antihypertensive therapy achived significantly better results in reducing hypertension, but with isolated pharmacological therapy. Dietery Therapy works synergistically with pharmacotherapy and gives good results in the correction of hypertension.
